Asuta Tsurumi is a novice chef from Earth. In an attempt to save his father's precious cooking knife from a fire that was burning down his family's restaurant, he doesn't make it. When he wakes up, he finds himself in a wild new world with primitive technology. Together with the huntress Ai Fa, he sets off on a grand adventure.
